EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are shopping with us from within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without needing to give a reason.
Your right to withdraw
Under EU consumer protection law, you can cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods. This is known as the cooling off period. It applies in addition to our standard returns policy, which you can read here.
Some items are not eligible for withdrawal, including:
- Made to order or personalised items
- Sealed goods that have been opened for hygiene reasons
How to withdraw from your order
To exercise your right of withdrawal, follow these two steps.
Step 1: Start your withdrawal
Use the withdrawal form to tell us which order you would like to withdraw from.
Step 2: Confirm your withdrawal
Confirm your name and order details in the form to complete your withdrawal request.
What happens next
Once you submit the form, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your withdrawal request. From there, our team will be in touch with the next steps for returning your item and processing your refund, in line with our Returns Policy.
